The launching of 949 CSOV (Commissioning Service Operations Vessel) Norwind Gale took place at Vard Braila in Romania on October 12th. The hull will be finalized at Vard Brattvaag in Norway in May 2023.The vessel is of VARD 4 19 design, developed by Vard Design in Ålesund, Norway. Norwind Gale is tailor-made for world-wide services and maintenance operations at offshore wind farms.
